Opelousas School of Cosmetology was established in 1984. We are located in the historical district of Opelousas on Hwy 190, (East Vine Street), less than one mile from I-49.
Our mission is to prepare students for entry level positions in the profession of cosmetology, cosmetology instructor and related fields for licensure and employment. Opelousas School of Cosmetology is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS), and licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology. We have been a member of the Louisiana Association of Cosmetology Schools for over 30 years.
